A Top 50 law firm is looking for a newly qualified Real Estate Solicitor for their highly regarded London office. This is a permanent, full time role.

The Role

As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be joining one of the fastest growing real estate practice, acting for an enviable client base. You will assist with the following:

  • Freehold and leasehold matters
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Secured lending
  • Portfolio management work
  • Landlord and tenant matters

The Candidate

To be considered for this NQ Real Estate Lawyer role, you will ideally have:

  • Recently qualified or approaching qualification
  • A desire to specialise in Commercial Property
  • A high degree of initiative
  • The ability to work well in a busy team
  • The desire to learn and drive own career progression
  • Excellent client relationship building skills
