Sellick Partnership are seeking a Data Protection Solicitor to join there West Midlands based in-house legal team on a locum basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous in-house or public sector experience and be robust when dealing with clients.
The successful candidate will be required to deal with a data protection caseload, including preparing, drafting, and reviewing data sharing agreements and data privacy notices. It should also be noted that the successful applicant will not be required to undertake any court work.
The Data Protection Solicitor will be working with 3 other specialist lawyers who will able to assist during the initial settling in period.
This is a full-time position and is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months+ although our client will also consider candidates who are seeking a shorter working week.
In return, our client can offer 1 day of home working and the opportunity to join a spirited team.
