Contentious Probate Solicitor - Lancashire

Large regional firm seeking contentious probate solicitor to help develop their contentious probate service.

The Role:
· Contentious private client solicitor to join award winning regional firm in their Preston office
· You will be servicing existing work generated by the private client teams across the offices and developing an offering
· Working alongside an experienced Partner
· You will be managing a caseload of; inheritance act claims (claimant & defendant), challenges to validity of wills, negligent will drafting & executors duties claims
· Providing input into marketing- this role will suit someone with a real desire to develop a service and team

Candidate Requirements:
· Solicitor
· Experience in contentious probate
· Ability to work with a wide range of clients
· Able to work autonomously and also within a team
· Good communication skills
· Attention to detail
