A £1billion turnover manufacturing business is looking for a Legal Counsel to join them for a full-time, permanent opportunity. Based in the West Midlands, the successful applicant will take on the first ever European Legal Counsel role for this business.
Responsibilities of your new role
Reporting into the US General Counsel, your key duties as Legal Counsel will include:
- Advising on a wide variety of matters including commercial contracts, intellectual property, employment, litigation and compliance
- Working alongside senior stakeholders in the business
- Becoming part of the European management team
- Establishing the legal support structure across the Europe
Candidate profile
To be considered for this In-House Counsel opportunity your application should demonstrate:
- At least 5 years of PQE
- European experience
- Experience gained in a manufacturing background (ideally)
Salary
The successful Legal Counsel will be offered £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
