Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a great public sector organisation based in the North West. The role will be for an initial period of 3 months with a possibility of extension.

In return our client can consider either part-time or full-time hours, as well as a flexible working pattern, including at least 1-2 days working from home or condensed working hours.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to 'hit the ground running' and be able to pick up a varied caseload of commercial property matters which may include:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Transfers
  • Leases and licences
  • Providing ad hoc property advice as raised by client departments
  • We are keen to hear from candidates from a public sector or a private practice background.
