LAW Absolute is working with a Top 50 city firm who currently has an opportunity in their commercial disputes group for a commercially astute, bright and experienced commercial litigator to join them as soon as possible on a 12 month fixed term contract. the role will involve broad UK and international disputes work. you will have demonstrable experience of working with a large city or international practice on high profile and high value commercial disputes.
You will work closely with the partners in the disputes team on a broad range of commercial disputes.
This will include;
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, reports, notes of advice and position papers
- Reviewing and analysis large volumes of documents in support of complex litigation
- Identifying and managing legal and business risks
- Working closely with clients’ legal and business stakeholders to identify commercial solutions to legal issues
