We are working with a Top 100 practice who are looking for a clinical negligence lawyer / medical malpractice lawyer to join their top tier clinical team on an interim or contract basis. The role has arisen due to an increase in work combined with the fact that the team are going through a period of permanent hiring. The role is to start as soon as possible.
The position will be well suited to individuals with upwards of 5 years' experience in defendant clinical negligence/medical malpractice, have obtained experience within a top tier city or regional practice and possess a genuine interest in healthcare.
The successful individual will be handling a mixed caseload advising GPs and consultants in clinical negligence claims, inquests, regulatory and disciplinary proceedings. You will be working with a major defense organisation, NHS Resolution and numerous other medical malpractice insurers. You will have experience in handling defendant clinical negligence matters obtained from a leading city or regional firm. Candidates should be available immediately or at short notice.

Candidates should:
- Be England and Wales qualified or qualified in another commonwealth jurisdiction
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical negligence or medical malpractice law

- Be solutions focused and dedicated to providing a first-class service to clients
- Be able to work as part of a wider team as well as independently
- Have a genuine interest in healthcare
