A new banking role has arisen at a Global firm based in Birmingham. This is an opportunity to work on excellent transactions and have a clear progression path outlined from the outset.
This Banking & Finance team boast an impressive portfolio of clients including private sector bodies and housing associations, local authorities and other public-sector bodies, charities and social businesses.
The successful banking solicitor will have the opportunity to undertake a broad mix of funding and finance work:
*Housing Finance
*Property & development finance
*Private Equity
* Capital market and asset-backed securitisation
*Finance-related projects including: bonds, private placements, syndicated and bilateral facilities, revolving credit facilities and joint ventures.

About the person
The Banking & Finance Solicitor will be qualified solicitor with ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience gained at a well-respected City or National firm. Candidates with more experience will be strongly considered.
