US Law Firm based in the City is looking to recruit a temporary Reprographics/Facilities Assistant to start ASAP on an ongoing basis, to provide support to the whole Facilities and General Office team and manage any enquiries or requests that may come in to the department. Duties will include high volume reprographics, scanning binding and photocopying in addition to post distribution, office maintenance, couriers and any other ad-hoc duties that may arise. Candidates should have previous reprographics experience, preferably from within a law firm and where possible general facilities/general office experience will be a massive bonus. This firm is housed in stunning City offices with standard hours 10am to 5pm.
