Are you a litigation solicitor who is looking for a new opportunity? Would you like to work for an international top tier firm based in Aberdeen?
If so, our client is seeking a litigation solicitor to join its highly ambitious and well-regarded casualty/insurance litigation team on a 12 month FTC basis.
Your role will involve a wide variety of duties but will predominantly be acting on behalf of a range of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations.
To be considered for this litigation solicitor opportunity, you will ideally have had experience of handling your own caseload of defendant litigation matters and be confident in assisting more senior members with complex claims, as well as appearing regularly in the Sheriff Court. Experience within ASPIC and Court of Session would also be highly advantageous.
