Responsibilities
• Contentious and non-contentious matters
• Drafting contracts and employee handbooks
• Disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Redundancies
• Dismissals
• Drafting compromise agreements
• Representation at Employment Tribunals
• Workplace disputes
The Candidate
• Qualified solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in employment law is essential
