Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyer

An award winning Regional and top 100 law firm based in Guildford are looking to recruit a Restructuring and Insolvency lawyer to join their team with a focus on solvent and insolvent restructuring.

The firm has one of the largest Finance teams outside of the City - ranked in the Legal 500 with an excellent reputation.

This role is ideally suited to a 2 - 5 year PQE lawyer who is looking to develop their career quickly. You will provide advice to all stakeholders in distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.

You will be at least 2 years PQE with solid experience gained in an established practice, acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders and other stakeholders with exposure to administration business and asset sales, security reviews and enforcements etc.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, however this is a unique opportunity for a candidate to develop their career within a challenging but rewarding environment.
