Fantastic opportunity to provide professional support to the securitisation and structured finance group of a leading global firm on a fixed term contract basis. To suit a solicitor with 4pqe+ in securitisation and / or derivatives and structured finance.
THE ROLE
This role is available on a 12 month contract basis to cover a maternity leave and will provide the opportunity to become involved in designing and delivering training, updating and mainting know-how resources and answering fee earner queries world-wide.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Your technical competence in securitisation and / or derivatives law is likely to have been gained as a fee earner or PSL in a similar high calibre firm. You will need to be a confident self-starter with the credibility to act as a sounding board for fee earners and to support and challenge their decisions.
