The ideal Clinical Negligence Fee Earner will have experience handling their own caseload from start to finish including negotiating settlements and instructing counsel. As a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner, you will be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills, be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
