NQ – 5PQE Commercial Property Solicitor, Wiltshire - A leading regional law firm is in need of an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to play a supportive and key role in the development of the commercial property offerings within the Gloucestershire market.
JOB TITLE: Junior Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 5 years PQE
LOCATION: Wiltshire (Commutable from: Gloucestershire, Gloucester, Stroud, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bristol)
SALARY: Dependant on experience
The commercial property team are busier than ever at this regional law firm in Wiltshire and this new position has come about as a result of the continued increase of instructions within the commercial property department. The commercial property department has an impressive caseload of property work and also work from SME's as well as family run businesses. This will provide the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor the opportunity to deal with a diverse caseload at all times as well as develop close relationships with all of their clients. With a clear structure in place and for the right individual this could be where you plan your long term career progresses. As the successful Commercial Property Solicitor you will be responsible for leases, landlord and tenant rights and other matters relating to commercial properties.
Suitable Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives will have a proven track record of dealing with all types of commercial property transactions and be looking for a superb platform to really kick start their career. Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitors will be considered for this role and must have completed at least one seat within commercial property law. Having worked within a leading regional law firm you will have gained exposure to all areas of commercial property law including leases, licenses, landlord and tenant matters along with some residential development. You must as the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor be able to work with clients on a face to face basis and be looking for a role where the only limitations to your career progression are your own. An interest in business development and networking is also key for this role.
