Litigation Fee-Earner

Based in Warrington, an innovative and highly reputable law firm is currently looking for a Litigation Fee Earner within Consumer Law to join them working cases of Financial Mis-Selling with a focus on renewable energy claims

You will be working on a an already active caseload, therefore the ability to manage your own time effectively is a must.

Ideally you will have experience within consumer law, however, they are more than willing to consider strong individuals from other sector backgrounds. You must be able to litigate a case and assess evidence where necessary so a keen eye for detail is an absolute must. Should you also have worked on volume caseloads, this would certainly be advantageous.

The candidate doesn't necessarily have to be qualified; the client is more interested in finding someone who has experience within the following:
* Mis-sold solar panel claims
* Consumer credit law
* Section 75 claims
* Litigation

This is an ideal position for anyone looking to progress their career with a forward-thinking and extremely ambitious law firm.
Salary is negotiable however, extremely attractive.
