A well-established, Legal 500 firm based in Barking, Essex is looking to recruit an NQ+ years' PQE family solicitor to cover maternity leave for 12 months to commence asap.
The successful NQ+ family solicitor will have trained and practiced in well-regarded family departments.
You will be able to demonstrate experience dealing with both private and legal aid work.
You will manage your own caseload which will include financial proceedings relating to divorce, prenuptial agreements, private law children work, child abduction, domestic abuse work and cohabitee disputes.
