An established and highly respected Legal 500 firm based in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE.
This firm believes in developing its staff and as such, there is a clear progression structure. The practice also offers excellent benefits and good IT support.
Your work will be varied and will involve mainly high-value Court of Protection work including deputyships, trusts and statutory wills.
The firm will also consider private client solicitors with CoP experience who would now like to specialise in this area of law.
