A continuously growing, very well-established and reputable Credit Hire department in central Liverpool is now expanding it's credit hire litigation offering due to ever-increasing demand from their clients and a new influx of work.
The practice as a whole is recognised across Merseyside and the wider North West legal market for their outstanding work, specializing in all areas of personal injury & serious/catastrophic injury and clinical negligence.
You will be joining their large technical Credit Hire department at an exciting time, they are busier than ever and are looking for an experienced and technically strong credit hire litigation executive (paralegal or fee earner) to join the team.
Your new role will see you taking on full responsibility for your own caseload of files, and you will see each claim through its full cycle. You will have a strong background in litigation and have dealt with a heavily litigated caseload previously - as this is where your focus will be.
The department is supportive and provides on-going training to each fee earner and solicitor to ensure that you are consistently providing clients with the highest level of service. There is an active social scene and a friendly working environment and you will be rewarded with a market leading salary along with full benefits and a lucrative bonus scheme.
