A leading company, headquartered in Gibraltar is recruiting a suitably qualified Legal Counsel to join its business in a newly formed legal team.

Reporting directly to the head of legal, you'll be providing legal advice across the business supporting both B2C & B2B operations. As Legal Counsel, you'll be covering a wide range of commercial area's including: drafting and negotiation of contracts, supporting pre & post completion matters on corporate transactions, assisting with the product & brand teams with intellectual property matters and much more.

This position requires a strong understanding of Technology Media & IP law and you'll be dealing with matters originating primarily from the UK and Gibraltar but will also cover several other jurisdictions covering Sweden, Isle of Man, Malta, Ireland and many more.
