A rare opportunity has arisen for a Banking Solicitor to join a forward-thinking, international firm in their new Liverpool City Centre office. This associate level banking and finance role is offered full-time on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of your new role

The core duties of your new position as Banking Solicitor will include:

  • Focusing on structured finance transactions and corporate / leveraged finance transactions
  • Drafting & negotiating security documents, complex facility agreements & intercreditor agreements
  • Picking up real estate finance work
  • Working closely with Partners who are leading experts in their field
  • Acting for clients including domestic & European banks, non-bank lenders, private equity funds, litigation funders, family offices and corporates
  • Liaising with an enviable client list and providing proactive advice
  • Working closely with the London team
