A rare opportunity has arisen for a Banking Solicitor to join a forward-thinking, international firm in their new Liverpool City Centre office. This associate level banking and finance role is offered full-time on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of your new role
The core duties of your new position as Banking Solicitor will include:
- Focusing on structured finance transactions and corporate / leveraged finance transactions
- Drafting & negotiating security documents, complex facility agreements & intercreditor agreements
- Picking up real estate finance work
- Working closely with Partners who are leading experts in their field
- Acting for clients including domestic & European banks, non-bank lenders, private equity funds, litigation funders, family offices and corporates
- Liaising with an enviable client list and providing proactive advice
- Working closely with the London team
