This high calibre Legal 100 firm are recruiting into their large property development team in Exeter.
They are searching for a suitable solicitor or legal executive, ideally with experience working on development schemes and/or with RP housing clients.
This team act for both private developers and registered providers of social housing up and down the UK. They play a significant role in acquisitions for real estate investments and secured financial transactions.
In this role as a property development solicitor, you will handle all the property aspects of these matters, specifically dealing with extensive property due diligence, preparing reports and satisfying property conditions precedents and drafting certificates of title.
You will provide advice to borrowers and funders on residential and mixed-development sites and social housing to include large scale capital markets issues and refinancing.
This vacancy will likely suit a solicitor or legal executive from NQ level up to 3 years' post qualified experience.
You should ideally have some experience in property development or security work, but those with a more general residential and/or commercial property background should apply as full further training will be given.
In this position, you will have exposure to local and national projects, often large scale and requiring collaboration with colleagues in other offices including London.
The further training and development you will receive here will be second to none! You will work closely with well-respected solicitors and partners and will be encouraged to flourish within this supportive team environment.
