Job Title: Administration / Office Assistant
Location: Central London
Prestigious, well-known law firm are looking for an administration / office assistant to support the office manager with various administrative tasks and general office duties. Duties that can be expected include managing incoming and outgoing post; updating the company website and social media; organising and attending internal and external events; dealing with invoices; co-ordinating travel; archiving and filing documents; assisting the accounts manager with basic bookkeeping tasks; managing the meeting rooms; and other ad hoc duties.
This an exciting opportunity for someone with a couple of months’ experience in an office to join a high profile, very friendly West-End law firm who are often in the press representing well known figures. They are also happy to train a college leaver / candidate with the CILEx Level 3 legal secretarial diploma who is looking for a start in a law firm and gain all round experience. Over time, as your skills develop, you will also be given more secretarial duties. It is essential that you have excellent IT skills, be a confident communicator and be reliable and flexible. This is a varied role where you will receive extensive training in different areas.
