Corporate Lawyer - Elite US law firm - 2-5 PQE - London

We have been instructed by a White Shoe firm looking to add a mid-level Corporate Associate with a focus on Private Equity transactions. The firm deals with premium Corporate M&A transactions predominately on private side work, advising the US and European private equity funds, pension, and sovereign funds as well as real estate funds.

The firm is known as one of the elite firms in the market dealing with high profile clients and transactions, with Partners that are tier 1 in their field. The successful candidate for this role will be England & Wales qualified and will have gained experience within another top tier law firm in the City. The candidate must have been actively involved in transactions and feel that they could join the firm and immediately adapt to the demands of the firm. The need to work well in a team and independently will be apparent from the outset so the candidate should be able to hit the ground running.
