Locum Civil & Criminal Litigation Solicitor – £35 to £45 per hour – South East England

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Civil & Criminal Litigation Solicitor for a Local Authority based in South East England.

The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 3 months on a full time basis, but part-time applicants will considered and there is also some potential for homeworking.

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of civil and criminal litigation experience, experience of handling local authority housing and employment litigation would be advantageous.

This role will require handling a mixed caseload of Civil and Criminal Litigation work, providing advice to clients when required, drafting court documents and representing the Local Authority as an Advocate in court.

An hourly rate of between £35 and £45 umbrella per hour is offered, dependent on experience.
