Graduate Recruitment Administrative Assistant
My client, a city based top-tier international law firm, is currently seeking a Graduate Recruitment Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
The Graduate Recruitment Administrative Assistant will assist the Graduate Recruitment Assistants, Advisors and Manager in a range of areas. You will be involved in all areas of the recruitment cycle, duties will include:
- Assist with the management of all vacation scheme applications
- Manage databases and compile regular reports
- Organise assessment centre bookings
- Prepare rooms and speakers for presentations and workshops
- General administrative support for the team
- Attend university events
The Graduate Recruitment Administrative Assistant will be educated to degree level with a minimum of 12 months office experience (desirable). The right candidate will have a positive and can-do attitude who is able to problem solve efficiently. They will be able to communicate in a genuine manner on all levels and will be able to adapt to different audiences. They will be focussed and driven and will be able to positively impact the team around them.
