Our client, a leading Legal 500 law firm with offices across the UK  are urgently seeking a Junior Complaints Assistant to support their Risk and Compliance team based at their Head Office, Harrow On the Hill, Middlesex.

Main duties of the role:

  • Liaising with Fee Earners and Directors about new and pending complaints. Ensuring deadlines are being followed and responses are being conducted correctly.
  • Support Directors with Client Care; Complaints Handling Queries.
  • Assist with the Delivery of Training to New Starters; Directors; Individuals on Complaint Handling; Client Care; Complaint Handling Trends.
  • Primary contact for all complainants whilst complaint is pending with Duncan Lewis or LeO. Ensuring clients are kept up-to-date with their complaint.
  • Administratively support  the company’s risk and compliance team with client care or complaint related matters.
  • Discuss and suggest appropriate remedies / compensation to complaint where required.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
    Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure with particular attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and use own initiative.
  • Excellent IT skills with good ability to process information using relevant software.
