COSTS LAWYER / COSTS DRAFTSMANBUCKINGHAMSHIRE
FLEXIBLE HOURS CONSIDERED
Due to expansion a leading costs firms in Buckinghamshire are looking to add to their well established costs team.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years costs experience however all levels will be considered.
Your duties will include drafting bills, budgets, replies PODs as well as negotiating settlement. Any advocacy experience would be an advantage however not essential.
You will be handling a varied caseload consisting of fast track and mitli track personal injury, clinical negligence, family as well as some commercial matters. The firm undertake both claimant and defendant work so experience of either is welcomed.

Flexible working/ part time hours and some home working will be considered for the right candidate.
