An ambitious and entrepreneurial law firm is looking for a NQ-1 PQE Insolvency Solicitor to join their growing London office.

The Role:

* Acts on a range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency related matters.
* Working with a broad client base acting for banks and other lenders, Directors and their businesses.
* Providing practical advice to insolvency practitioners, lenders and other relevant organisations.

The work generally centres on acting for insolvency practitioners and creditors in pursuit of claims, obtaining and enforcing judgments, injunctions and freezing orders at home and abroad.
