One of the most impressive yet supportive law firms in the UK is looking to grow their Real Estate team in Sheffield. The firm is looking for solicitors who are eager to progress their career in exchange for a high- profile client list within working conditions to match the best in the market.
The Real Estate Associate Solicitor position will involve working as part of a leading real estate practice group over multiple offices. The Sheffield office works in close correspondence with the Manchester office to provide excellent service to a variety of clients.
Your work will include handling real estate transactions as well as advertising investors, developers and occupiers. The position has a client-focused approach, which means you will be exposed to a vast range of transactions through a number of different colleagues. This might be beneficial for someone who is not looking at specialising within a particular aspect of real estate.
The Real Estate Associate Solicitor position requires a wealth of experience from a recognised real estate department of a major or medium sized firm. You will have a strong academic background and a commitment to business development and client management.
You will have experience in the region of NQ-5 years' PQE or equivalent and be able to demonstrate an interest in the commercial property industry. Ideally, you will have relevant experience in dealing with transactions structured through corporate and offshore vehicles, although this is not essential.
