This Legal 100 firm in central London is seeking an industrial disease solicitor to join their highly-rated team.
You will be running your own caseload of claimant industrial disease files, including high-value multi-track claims involving significant life-changing health issues and fatalities.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience of running your own caseload of industrial disease files. Experience of multi-track claims and asbestos disease cases would be advantageous but is not essential.
