In-House Counsel - International Business - Dubai

Our client is one of the best known media and entertainment companies in the industry. 

They are now seeking a talented lawyer to be based in Dubai. 

As Legal Counsel, you will report to the board and operate as sole counsel responsible for a broad spectrum of legal matters within Dubai and the region. The role holder will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to enable commercial agreements, review contracts and provide counsel regarding compliance, regulations and company policies. You will also be required to work closely with Sales and counterparts on other business teams. 

• For consideration you must have around 10 years relevant work experience, with expertise in IP gained in-house within the media or Telecom industries. 
• Arab nationals with western education and an MNC background will have a distinct advantage. You must be fluent in English and Arabic and have excellent technical skills honed at a reputed law firm.
