Deputy Director- Legal

We are working with a statutory organisation to appoint a Deputy Director of Legal on a fixed term contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the senior management team and work closely with the Board of Directors as the Principal Legal Adviser.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing lawyers in a regulatory setting.

Role responsibilities will include:

• Manage and motivate the in-house legal team
• Ensure the organisation acts within its legislative remit
• Ensure the organisation can robustly defend regulatory challenges
