This is a different opportunity for a personal injury fee earner with strong litigation experience to join one of the North Wests' leading personal injury insurance practices.
You will be dealing with claims of a technical nature with a focus on Orthopaedic & complex injuries. The firm is recognized across both Merseyside and the wider North West for their claimant and defendant offering and high level of service that they provide to their clients.
They are seeking an experienced personal injury fee earner with experience handling litigated RTA matters (both fast-track and multi-track). The role will see you given your own caseload of personal injury files, which will primarily be litigated orthopaedic injury claims, both fast-track and multi-track.
You will be joining a medium sized team compromising of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners, where you will be supported throughout in order to reach your full potential and provide the best level of service for your clients.
