Your new role

This role will require you to lead an RTA team to meet objectives and deliver work standards as agreed with clients. There will also be some fee earning responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced RTA litigator with strong technical ability. You will have also have strong managerial ability and have some experience in leading a team.

What you'll get in return

You will receive an excellent salary (up to £50,000 and dependent on experience) and benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to work flexibly as permitted by the business.
