Corporate Tax Associate
Corporate Tax Associate will:
- Deliver excellent client service and manage and deliver discrete pieces of legal work.
- Build a solid foundation of commercial and legal expertise within a chosen area of law and strengthen relationships with clients, frequently acting as a direct point of contact.
- Be responsible for some management and delegation of work to and support of junior colleagues.

Description
Corporate Tax Associate will:
- Advise on the taxation of M&A transactions with an emphasis on cross border deals, corporate restructuring, energy taxation (including upstream work), equity and debt capital markets, finance, UK real estate, projects, funds and private equity;
- Be expected to lead and negotiate transactions with limited supervision;
- Be responsible for drafting discrete pieces of legal advice for clients with minimal amendments;
- Encourage to adopt a client-facing role;
- Supervise and develop Junior Associates and Trainees.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a Corporate Tax Associate with:
- 2-6 years PQE;
- Excellent academics;
- Ability and drive to work on bespoke, big-ticket and complicated transactions.
