Urgent requirement for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join an established practice on a locum basis.
Working within a CQS accredited team in Leicester from the 12th of August for 2 weeks, the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise in the field to hit the ground running. Managing a varied caseload of good quality residential property matters from instruction to post completion, you will ensure high levels of client care and service at all times.
Responsibilities
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Help to buy
• New builds
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Joint tenancies
• Registered and unregistered titles
• Matrimonial related conveyancing matters
The Candidate
• Solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
• Available from the 12th of August for a period of 2 weeks
• Technically proficient in all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
• Able to manage their own workload to meet tight deadlines
• Is personable, professional and detail orientated
