Regeneration Lawyer

Our client a local authority based in North West London, are seeking a Regeneration Lawyer for three months initially.

The successful candidate will have either a property or planning regeneration background and must be happy to not only assist with project based work but, also carry a broader commercial property caseload. Our client is ideally seeking candidates with CPO experience and some S106 experience.

Our client is looking for candidates available to start on short notice as this vacancy has arisen due to an upcoming departure within the legal services department.

The council offices are located within walking distance of the station and is surrounded by a plethora of shops and restaurants. Due to the urgent nature of the role it is essential that you are able to start on short notice and have a previous track record within this area. Candidates from both the public and private sector are encouraged to apply.
