A highly regarded UK practice with international offices is looking for a talented Pensions Associate with 3-5 years' PQE to join their team on a permanent basis. It is a small but stable team and the opportunity has arised due to an Associate deciding not to return post maternity leave.
The team is recognised as a leading practice by Legal500 and Chambers.
About the role
The appointed Pensions Associate will be covering the full range of general pensions advisory work to employers and trustees. The work will include, but is not limited to:
- Governance
- Investment
- Buy-in and Buy-out work
- Risk management work
- Master trust advice
- Pensions litigation
- Corporate support (about 20% of the role)
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years' PQE
- Experience of advisory and corporate support work within a recognised pensions practice
- Driven and ambitious
- Strong academics
- High level of technical skill and understanding
