A highly regarded London practice is looking for a talented mid-level Corporate Associate to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the role
The appointed Corporate Associate will be advising on a range of Corporate matters including M&A. Venture Capital, Private equity and Joint Ventures work across the FInancial Institutions, TMT and FinTech sectors.
Candidate Profile
The successful Corporate Solicitor will likely have:
- Qualified in England & Wales as a Solicitor
- Have 3-5 years' PQE
- A strong background in M&A. VC, PE and JV in the required sectors
- Experience of managing multi-jurisdictional projects
- Experience of a similar role at a strong practice
- An international outlook and commercial mindset
- Business Development skills and a willingness to help build the practice
- Strong Academics
