This is a rare commercial opportunity with a high profile city firm where you will be able to handle your own good quality caseload of commercial law matters.
As a commercial contracts solicitor, you will be joining a leading commercial contracts team who carry out a variety of commercial legal work on behalf of SME clients. You will be working across various sectors but will also be servicing a national client base.
You will have knowledge of franchising, intellectual property, trademarks, licensing and have excellent commercial contracts drafting skills with a particular emphasis on business format franchising, including franchise agreement reviews.
You should have trained an gained experience at a city or large regional firm handling good quality commercial contracts matters.
The firm is looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, can put themselves in the shoes of their clients and offer tailored solutions but also be generally commercially aware.
You will have upwards of 3 years' PQE and be highly driven with regards to maximising your own career opportunities.
