Compliance Manager - Global tech start up

Would you be interested in joining a global health services and virtual care provider?

This fantastic organisation is now looking for a Compliance Manager to join them and help keep them compliant in these interesting and high stake times, as they continue to grow at a swift rate and are engaging with clients in new jurisdictions. You will be reporting to, and working closely with the Director of Compliance here in London.

With the new investment they are getting all the time, and new business partners as they grow, this is certainly an important function for them, vital to their business model. It will involve what you might expect as a corporate compliance professional, and is broad role meaning it will be interesting and challenging, with you always learning something new or consolidating your skill set in a new environment or industry. Some aspects of the role will be matters such as Due Diligence, communicating key reg changes to the business and wider teams and partnering with Audit, Operations, Legal and IT Security teams.

Ideally you will be a well versed compliance professional, with experience complementing the above and much more, with around 2+ years in the field. You will get great engagement with senior stakeholders and thus they will be looking for something who can hit the ground running, assist training staff and help embed a compliant mindset and strategy throughout the business with the Senior Compliance Manager. It is not required that you have medical/health-care industry experience, if you have the skill set and can learn quickly, you will be a potential suitor for them.
