My client is a Newark based firm that has a presence across a couple of counties based in market town high street locations. They have an excellent reputation for their services to individuals including family law.
This is an opportunity open to a solicitor, legal executive or experienced non-qualified fee earner who can handle a mixed caseload of public and private law matters and is a legal aid supervisor with the relevant panel membership for such supervisor status.
The work coming into the department is usually mixed and includes divorce, finances, children, domestic violence and public law matters.
Business development in this family law solicitor role is desirable, but not essential, and they could accommodate someone on a full or part time basis.
Salary depends on qualification and experience. There are also a number of perks and benefits associated with working at a professional firm, for example, free onsite car parking, annual pay reviews, 23 days holidays plus stats, pension scheme and much more.
