Contentious Probate Solicitor required to join a highly regarded Legal 500 National Law Firm. Our client has a regional presence and are looking for someone who can join them to work closely with their established private client team.

You will be handling a broad base of contentious probate work which will include inheritance claims, trustee disputes, disputes between beneficiaries and claims against executors or estates. You must have a solid knowledge and understanding of contentious probate law.

The successful candidates will ideally have upwards of 3+ years PQE in contentious probate experience. However, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
