Probate Secretary - FTC

Sue Ross Legal are working with a well-established law firm who have an excellent opportunity for a Probate Secretary to work in their Wills and Probate department on a 9 – 10 month fixed term basis.  contract. You will be joining the Wills and Probate team who are based on the south side of the city centre. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to Fee Earners within the Wills and Probate department and your duties will include;

•    Audio and copy typing Wills and LPAs
•    Drafting and typing general correspondence and documents
•    Diary management including making appointments for clients 
•    Using BigHand digital dictation and a variety of Microsoft applications 
•    Liaising with clients over the phone, face to face and by email 

The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, and maintain a bright, enthusiastic and professional manner in the office. The candidate will be required to work effectively within a team and demonstrate good administration skills. The successful candidate must have experience working as a Legal Secretary and ideally gained this from working within a fast-paced Private Client Department.
