The Role
Working within a small but experienced team, the Commercial Property Solicitor will act for private and public sector developers, commercial investors and public sector bodies on work including:
- Sales and acquisitions
- Lettings
- Development
- Corporate support
The Candidate
The firm looks to hire a qualified Solicitor who demonstrates:
- 3+ years of PQE in commercial property
- The ability to take on a varied caseload
- Experience within the healthcare sector is desirable
- Experience gained with a national or regional firm
