Following recent contract renewal with our Client, one of the UK's Leading Insurers, we are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor with management experience at all levels, to drive forward the performance of a team of personal injury motor claims handler and litigators.

The management of this team will directly impact on the successful collaboration between Plexus Law and the Client and to this end this position will be based in the client offices.  

The key skills required for this role:

• The ability to motivate and stretch your team by supporting with pre and post litigation technical direction to achieve KPTs
• carrying out all aspects of a people management role to include performance management of individuals within the team
• conducting monthly appraisals and having a focus and passion for regular individual and team coaching and development sessions.

This Solicitor team leader role is unique and will reward those with a passion for leadership, people development and strategic litigation.

This role requires the experience of a driven Solicitor Team Leader who is keen to contribute towards overall strategy, performance management and the continued success of a best in class operation.
