This progressive US law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its highly regarded corporate team based in London. The role will involve a broad range of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across a variety of sectors. This is a great opportunity to work closely with market leading partners within a fast-paced and yet friendly and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified and will have 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience gained at a recognised corporate practice based in London. Strong academics and excellent writing skills are required.
