CRA Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm for an AML Compliance Assistant to join their Compliance team in an Anti Money Laundering capacity.

As an AML Compliance Analyst you will work closely with the Risk & Compliance Manager and other members of the team in order to ensure the company maintains their high levels of policy commitment. You will also manage a number of risk projects and assist with queries from the fee earners.

Responsibilities include:

* Analysing the risk profile of new and existing clients to ensure the company is complying to anti-money laundering policies
* Review the new client forms sent by the fee earners to ensure all the required information has been collected
* Request company searches and credit checks from external agencies
* Undertake compliance audits to ensure members of the firm have complied with the companies policies
* Assist the fee earners with any queries arising from client identification and/or credit checking
* Analyse client identification information, and identify the existence of any potential AML issues.

The desired individual will be self motivated and a pro-active with an eagerness to peruse a career within a National Law firm, in return the company offers excellent training and career progression.

This is a highly sought after opportunity for a graduate with a Business, Economics or similar degree to kick start their career within Compliance and Risk.
