Your new role
Due to growth, the employment team are seeking a Professional Support / Practice Development lawyer to be based in their Cardiff office. This is an important position within the Employment team as you will be supporting and developing the fee earning employment team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to creating content and material for clients, training and development of fee earning employment lawyers at all levels, support the wider training team regarding context and references as well as providing external training for clients.

This is a rare and varied interesting opportunity for a talented employment lawyer who is looking to join one of the best employment teams but an alternative career route.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a bright employment lawyer with a passion for this area of law. You do not necessarily need to have many years experience of practising employment law and the passion for training and development with good quality employment experience is going to be more important for this position.

You will need to have very good academics and have a genuine interest in learning and development. You will enjoy marketing and have excellent writing and organisational skills.
